I've had a long career in Bridal Services and Event Planning - I can work on your behalf to problem solve, coordinate, and keep the day on-track & seamless - you can be fully relaxed and enjoy every moment of your special day with your family,  wedding party, and guests.

Hi, I'm Gloria

I've spent most of my working life in the Hospitality Business - from restaurant management through all phases of catering and event production - both corporate and private - with many successful years managing service staff, venues, and party rental orders - as well as coordinating bakers, DJ's, musicians, wedding officiants, food service, beverage bars - even horse carriage arrangements...

I understand the planning process for a wedding day - with all of the moving parts, as well as the pace of the wedding day itself. That's really where the benefit of my service shows up - in having someone there to anticipate, trouble shoot, and keep the flow of the day going. And I absolutely love watching the excitement that families and guests have as they enjoy this most memorable and loving experience - that's what is most rewarding for me.....

Our Services

Wedding Day Of...

Not everyone needs a wedding co-ordinator, because circumstances can be different for everyone and there can sometimes be overlap between some of your venders - such as the venue itself and the caterer... but in cases such as these, you most likely will be left without a dedicated manager to oversee the days events - and that's where I can be of help...

You and I will meet and discuss your plans, review your vendor list including contact information, and arrange to do a walk-through together at the site.

Beyond that...

* One Hour initial consultation when you book or at a time that is convenient for you.

* Communication with your vendors  two weeks out from your event to discuss final details and requirements.

* Event coordination and management on the day of your event (based on 10 hours).

* Wedding CoOrdinating Package:  

                                          $1,250   

        Funerals and          Celebrations of Life
We are available on these occasions to coordinate the days activities from the families perspective, and to assist you in any way that we can...



Corporate Services: we are experienced with corporate environment and available based on event circumstances and logistics....
